BizLinked is the next generation online Platform of B2B Offers. It is a venue to facilitate Traders to get linked to millions of other Traders throughout the Country in their respective Business Category to view and/or post their special B2B Offers and/or Requirements!!

All Offers/Requirements posted on Bizlinked are purely B2B against either high Quantity or high Amount. Posting B2C Offers/Requirements is not allowed.

Posting of Offers/Requirements on Bizlinked are strictly for new/fresh products only! Offers/Requirements for used/damaged products is not allowed.

Since an account can not be created on BizLinked without a GST number, an individual/customer can never view the Trader’s name or contact details for any Offer/Requirement. Consequently, you will not receive any unwanted chat/emails from any individuals/customers.

Visit www.bizlinked.in and click on SIGNUP and fill in the details to create your profile. Enter the ‘OTP’ received on your mobile number to register for free. Fields marked by * are mandatory.

Yes. You need a GSTIN to create an account on Bizlinked.

Yes, we at Bizlinked verify the GSTIN of the trader at https://services.gst.gov.in/services/searchtp. However, we recommend the traders to themselves verify the GSTIN of the traders too they wish to deal with and ask for their GST certificates too if they want.

Without having an account on Bizlinked, one can view the limited details of the Offers/Requirements but cannot view the Trader’s information nor can chat with or contact the Trader. To see the trader’s information/chat/request dealer price, you need to be a trader with GSTIN and need to create an account on Bizlinked.

You can either browse the Offers/Requirements in your selected category or sub-category OR you can also search the Offers/Requirements by key word in the Search bar. Further, you can apply your desired Sorting and Filter options on your searched results.

Once you have created an account at Bizlinked, you are provided with a list of Categories and you need to get Bizlinked to your relevant business Category or Sub-Category in which you trade in. You can choose to get Bizlinked to one or more Category/Categories that are relevant to your business. Kindly note that you can post Offers/Requirements for products ONLY for the Category/Categories you are Bizlinked to. While posting an Offer/Requirement, only the Category/Categories you are Bizlinked to shall popup in the Category list.

Once you are logged in, click the CATEGORY option under the menu and you can update the Category/Categories or Sub-Category/Sub-Categories you are Bizlinked to.

Click on POST A REQUIREMENT button and fill in the details of the product required (fields marked by * are mandatory). You can upload a maximum of 5 images of the required product. If you do not upload any image, then the sub-category name of the required product will appear in place of the image.

Preview and edit the fields if needed and once satisfied, click on SUBMIT to Post the Requirement. Requirements can be posted for a maximum period of 180 days from the date of posting, which you can keep on extending by editing the period anytime you want.

Once you login to your account, you can see all your posted Requirements in the menu under MY REQUIREMENTS.

Your posted Requirements are categorised as: 1) Active Requirements 2) Future Requirements 3) Expired Requirements

If you post a Requirement starting from the current date, then it is categorised under Active Requirements and your posted Active Requirement can be viewed by all traders on Bizlinked. If you post a Requirement in advance with the starting date being some future date, then it is categorised under Future Requirements and you can see this Future Requirement under MY REQUIREMENTS but it cannot be viewed by any trader till it becomes an Active Requirement. The day that future date arrives and becomes the current date, your Future Requirement automatically gets categorised as Active Requirement on that day and can be viewed by all traders on Bizlinked. If you deactivate an Active/Future Requirement, that Requirement will be categorised under and will move to Expired Requirements and cannot be viewed by other traders until it is edited and made active again.

On each of your Active/Future Requirement you have 3 options: Edit, Deactivate now and Delete.

- You can use the Edit option to edit any details or period of an Active/Future/Expired Requirement.

- You can use the Deactivate now option to deactivate an Active/Future Requirement and it will move the Active/Future Requirement to Expired Requirements and can not be viewed by other traders. However, all details of your expired Requirement will be saved under Expired Requirements and you can always Restart/Repost an Expired Requirement in future by simply using the ‘Edit’ option and that Requirement will again move to Active Requirements and can be viewed by other traders thereafter.

- If you use the Delete option on any Active/Future/Expired Requirement, your Requirement will be deleted permanently and will no longer be under MY REQUIREMENTS. Once a Requirement is deleted and if you wish to restart/repost it in future, you will have to Post the Requirement again and refill all the details.

Yes, you can post an Offer without disclosing the Offer price directly/openly. While posting an Offer, you have to select any one of the 2 options of Offer Types provided: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) or Minimum Order Amount (MOA).

When MOQ option is selected, you get 2 options for mentioning the Offer Price either by PRICE or by PERCENTAGE ON DEALER PRICE. When you want to mention the Offer Price directly and openly viewable to all traders, you need to select the PRICE option and enter your desired Offer Price. When you do not want to disclose the Offer Price directly, you need to select the PERCENTAGE ON DEALER PRICE option and enter your desired discount % on the dealer price so the actual final offer price is not openly viewable/known to any traders; but whichever traders are interested in your offer can request the dealer price by clicking the Request Dealer Price icon on your posted Offer and you get the Chat Notification from the traders who are interested and requesting the dealer price for your offer. You may then chat or contact with those traders and choose whom to send the Dealer Price.

Once you have created an account at Bizlinked and are logged in, you can view the details and profile of the trader who has posted the Offer/Requirement. You can connect with that trader by any of these options:

1) You may request for the dealer price by clicking on the Request Dealer Price option and that trader gets a chat notification of your request.

2) You may chat with that trader by clicking on the Chat option.

3) You may directly Call the trader on the contact numbers mentioned on his profile.

Invite your friends to Bizlinked and earn benefits.

1. Log in to your Bizlinked account.
2. In your profile menu, click the Referral tab.
3. Copy the Referral link and share it with your friends.
4. Earn benefits when they sign-up.

Once you are logged in, you can see your posted Offers in the menu under MY OFFERS and your posted Requirements in the menu under MY REQUIREMENTS.

Once you are logged in, go to your PROFILE and there at the bottom of the page, click the Change Password option and you will need to enter your current password and the new password.

Once you are logged in, go to your PROFILE and there at the bottom of the page, click the Delete Account option and your account will be deleted permanently. However, you can always create your account at Bizlinked again but we it may be chargeable in future.
